14 miles from Kinlochleven to Fort William. Started with a climb out of Kinlochleven, followed by a reasonably flat walk through Lairigmor and finishing with a descent through Nevis forest.

9 miles including a climb to 500m on the Devil's Staircase followed by a series of steep descents over the next 6 miles to Kinlochleven. The picture of the Devil's Staircase doesn't do it justice.

10 miles fairly easy. Picture of Buchaille Etive Mor.

Again, relatively easy walk. Good path, not much uphill walking. Kingshouse Hotel is a blast from the past(!)

Fairly easy walk. Good view of Beinn Dorain.Bit of a climb after Bridge of Orchy.Great views going down to Inveroran.

Rained all day. Path much better than last two days but some uphill walking throughout the day.
