The last winery of this trip, Luigi Bosca concentrates on quality rather than quantity.

It really isn't one of the biggest but even here I struggled to find ways of showing the sheer cavernous immensity of the cellars and vats and where they were housed

Viv - it really does seem to be. I've met a number of people who have purchased vineyards as long term investments and you can see they have fallen in love with it.
