First Chucks - went for basic.
I do need to put my orthotics in them though, no arch support. Orthotics in these = FAIL. Too low. I have
my eye on at least two more pair, but that'll be after I go back to work
in September.

You know what's behind all this? Getting my teeth fixed. We've finally got the money saved up so Monday I call to make the first appointment. Most if not all of my self-esteem issues are tied up in my awful teeth, and knowing in a few months they will look really nice for the first time in my life has me wanting to wear colourful and sparkly things,

These will be my next pair. Orange AND aqua baby. And these will be mine for fall/early winter when it's just too wet out for canvas sneakers. I think I'm going to need lots of wool socks for winter.

Oh, and these. . These may happen almost immediately, actually. For those occasions where sneakers are just not on. They are EXACTLY what I've been looking for and not finding. Should have just hit Zappos to start with. Belay that, from what I'm reading the soles are too thin and would drive me insane, I can't stand having thing jab me in the bottoms of my feet.
ETA just so I have the link: these boots for when it's just too lousy with snow for the Chucks.

Chucks are great. I've been in mine a lot lately, too.
Those acoustic blues will certainly grab attention! The Sorels are wonderful in winter. My pair are nearing 20 years old, and still keep my toes toasty.
