The internet is full of strange perverted people, and I'd hate that since your moblog is not protected in any way (you can limit the viewing of your content to site members, friends only or no-one) that this image of your son(?) might be viewed by undesirables.
It's entirely your call or decision, at the least I would recommend that you restrict the viewing of your moblog to registered members only.
